At a distance of 10 km from Araku Valley Bus Stand, Madagada viewpoint, or Madagada Sunrise Viewpoint is another spectacular vantage point located in Araku, Andhra Pradesh. Situated at Madagada village, it is one of the most prominent tourist places in Araku.

Madagada Sunrise Point in Araku is a renowned destination for observing both sunrise and sunset. The vista from the Madagada Viewpoint is truly stunning, particularly at sunrise when a layer of mist blankets the hills, creating a magical atmosphere. As the day begins, the landscape transforms into a vivid spectrum of colors, offering an exceptional opportunity for photography enthusiasts to capture the awe-inspiring scenery.

There are two viewpoints on the hill. The first viewpoint can be accessed via a brief trek from the parking area, while reaching the second viewpoint requires a more extended trek. The second viewpoint provides a unique perspective of clouds hovering above the mist. Encircled by lush forests, visitors can enjoy a tranquil and pleasant environment, making it an ideal spot for relaxation.

Parking facilities are available near shops that offer snacks and tea. Additionally, visitors have the option to rent traditional tribal attire for photography sessions at the viewpoint. Cultural experiences such as the Dhimsa dance, pottery making, and various tribal events, including archery and shooting, are also available for enjoyment.
