• I am booking for a family member/friend. What details are needed while booking?
  Please provide the details of actual traveller (Full Name & Contact #) in 'Traveller Details' while Tour Booking. Please note that the Hotels will be reserved against Traveller Name provided while booking. Any changes in the Traveller Name after hotel reservation may attract additional charges.
• Payments
• Do you have online payment facility?
  Trawell.in is online travel website where travellers can search, calculate price & book tours. We accept all major cards, net banking & wallets as well.
• Do you accept offline payment / GPay / bank transfer?
  We also accept bank transfers & UPI (GPay). Please contact our team at +91-7799591230 for bank / UPI details.
• Do you accept International cards for payment?
  Apart from all domestic (Indian) cards, we also accept International Visa, Mastercard & Amex cards. In case you have trouble paying with your card, please contact our team at +91-7799591230 for alternate payment modes.
• Do I need to make full payment to book a tour?
  You can book a tour with partial payment as well, please refer to our Part Payment Policy
• How do I get Payment Confirmation?
  You will receive instant email with payment confirmation. Also, Order confirmation page will be shown after successful payment which you can print for your reference.
• How safe is making payment on Trawell.in?
  Trawell.in website runs on Secured protocal (https) and the payments are handled by CCAvenue which is the top payment gateway in India known for secure and safe payments.
• Post-Booking
• When will I receive Hotel Vouchers?
  Hotel vouchers will be shared by email within 2 working days after the tour is confirmed
• What if the primary hotel listed in your website is not available?
  If primary hotel mentioned in the portal is not available, our team will provide alternate options which will be reserved upon your confirmation.
• Do I need to call hotel to reconfirm my reservation?
  It is not necessary to confirm the reservation with hotel. However, if you have any special requests for Hotel (like early check-in), you can communicate with Hotel directly.
• Do I need to inform hotel about my arrival time?
  Standard arrival time is between 12 PM - 2 PM. It is recommended to inform the hotel if you are going to check-in after 2 PM.
• When/How will I receive Vehicle & Driver details?
  Vehicle & Driver details are usually shared 8 hours before your pickup time through email & Whatsapp, but details may delay a bit during long weekends.
• What if driver does not turn up for pickup?
  It never happened, but we will arrange alternate vehicle immediately in such cases. Your Tour Manager ensures you get the vehicle and pickup is done.
• What if vehicle breaks down during the trip?
  If it ever happens, please inform your Tour Manager immedialtey about vehicle breakdown. We will work with Driver & Logistics partner to resolve issue as soon as possible. In case vehicle couldn't be repaired in 2 hours, we will arrange alternate vehicle.
• Where can I find detailed booking policy?
• Modification/Cancellation
• How to modify or cancel my tour?
  Call your Tour Manager or drop an email to our Support Team for any changes in the tour plan. Please note that Modification / Cancellation charges may apply.
• What are the cancellation charges?
• Is it possible to change number of guests after booking the tour?
  Based on the availability of accommodation, we can accommodate more guests after the tour is booked. In case the Traveller count is reduced after tour booking, hotel cancellation charges may apply.

• Is the driver verified & reliable?
  Most of the drivers have done dozens of tours with Trawell.in and we only deal with professional and reliable drivers.
• Does driver accompany us for sightseeing & act as tour guide?
  Driver is not a guide and cann't accompany you during sightseeing. Driver will drop you at the entrance/parking area of the sightseeing place and you need to complete sightseeing and return to the parking area.
• Can Trawell.in arrange English speaking dedicated tour guide?
  Trawell.in can arrange English speaking tour guide at additional cost. Please contact your tour manager for costing & additional details.
• Can Trawell.in help us with entry tickets / safari tickets?
  As you know, all our tours exclude entry & activity fees (like Safari, Boating, Rafting, etc). As we operate private tours exclusively for you, there is no guide included and you need to buy the entry / activity tickets directly. Also, some places take the details / photographs of the visitors and third party is not allowed to obtain tickets. However, wherever online booking facility is available for acitivities (like Bandipur, Periyar, Ranthambhore, Jim Corbett, etc), we can help you with online reservation with a small service charge.
• Do we need to pay for driver's food?
  Drivers will take care of their food. However, you are welcome, if you would like to pay for driver's food out of gratitude.
• Where does Trawell.in gather user reviews?
  We provide Trip Sheets to our drivers who gather feedback from customers. We also gather feedback from our online review links and google reviews submitted by our users.
