Dedicated to Lord Shiva, this temple belongs to 9th century CE. It was built by Chalukya king Bhaddega during 850-895 CE. The temple is surrounded by a massive stone compound. The temple is nestled on a small hillock on the Vemulawada - Karimnagar highway. It is a small shrine dedicated to Lord Lakshmi Narasimha, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu.
