This church was first built in 1680 by Bishop Thomas de Castro and it's famous for its beautiful architecture. The church has a wonderful altar with a French painting of St Monica and St Augustine. Mounted on pedestals are six statues of apostles and the facade with the statues similar to the St. Peter's Basilica, Rome.
