The aviary was inaugurated in 2011 with the vision of providing shelter to injured & uncared birds, fostering their well-being, and conserving their habitats.

The Aviary is home to more than 450 species of parrots totaling over 2200 birds, making it, to the Guinness World Records for housing the largest number of bird species in an aviary. These birds hail from diverse habitats such as rainforests, grasslands, and wetlands, representing our planet's incredible variety of avian life. Here, visitors will find the parrot that stands as a symbol for each day of the month as well.
