Snow City, Mysore - Timings, Best time to Visit

At a distance of 3 km from Mysore Railway Station, Snow City is an indoor real snow-based theme park located in Nazarbad at the Regency Theater on Lokranjan Mahal Road in Mysore. Situated near Mysuru Zoo, it is one of the fun places to visit in Mysore for adventure enthusiasts.

Snow City was started in 2019 and is the first snow-based theme park in Mysore. The Regency Theater has been completely refurbished, and the whole structure resembles the Kremlin, a fortified complex at the heart of Moscow, the capital of Russia. It features real snow with a constant -5 degree Celsius temperature, offering visitors an authentic winter experience in a tropical region.

Snow City is a great place for families to have fun, with a variety of activities suitable for all ages and skill levels. The Snow City will offer an experience in snowballing, mountain climbing, snow jumping, sliding, sledding, dancing, snow skiing, and snow sliding along with DJ music in an area of 10,000 square feet. There is also a selfie spot and a waterfall at the entrance. Other attractions at the Snow City include Snow Disc, Ice Sliding, Snowball Throwing, Snow Bike, Snow Mountaineering, Ice House, and Snow Hotel.

There will be nine sessions per day, each with duration of 45 minutes. Trained personnel will keep a watch on gamers and rescuers will be stationed at the venue. All the players will be provided boots, helmets, thermals, caps, gloves, and jackets as the temperature will be below freezing. There is a drying area where gamers can dry their clothes.
