At a distance of 27 km from Sangli, and 50 km from Kolhapur, Audumbar Datta Temple is a Hindu temple situated at Audumbar in Sangli district of Maharashtra. Situated on the banks of River Krishna, it is one of the popular temples to visit near Kolhapur.

Audumbar Datta Temple is built in honor of Narasimha Saraswati Swamy, who is the second incarnation of Dattatreya. His greatness has been extolled in Shree Guru Charitra written by Gangadhar Saraswathi. Also known as Sri Kshetra Audumbar, it is one of the popular temples of Lord Dattatreya in Maharashtra, other being Ganagapur and Narsoba Wadi. This place got the name 'Sri Kshetra Audumbar' due to the abundance of Audumbara trees.

The legend associated with Sri Kshetra Audumbar tells that as per the vision of Lord Dattatreya to Brahmanand Rishi, he discovered this divine sacred place where Datta Avatar Narasimha Saraswati performed Chaturmas Anushtan. Devotees can have Nijaroopa darshan of Swamy padukas in the mandir during morning hours. Rudrabhisheka will be performed to padukas at about 7 to 8 AM regularly. Dattatreya Jayanti, Guru Pratipada, Sri Guru Purnima, and Rishi Panchami are some of the festivals celebrated with great pomp and fervor at Audumbar Temple.
