At a distance of 4.5 km from Trichy Railway Station, St. Lourdes Church, also known as Our Lady of Lourdes Church is a Roman Catholic Church located in Tiruchirapalli, Tamilnadu. Located inside the campus of St. Joseph's College, it is one of the ancient churches in Tamilnadu, and among the best places to visit as part of Trichy tour packages.

St. Lourdes Church, dedicated to Our Lady of Lourdes, was founded in 1895 and completed in 1903. It is one of the oldest churches in the city, with a history of over 100 years. The church is under the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tiruchirapalli and is managed by the Fathers of Society of Jesus (The Jesuits).

Designed in the Gallo-Catholic style, the church boasts a main tower standing at 220 feet and a smaller tower at 120 feet. The church bell is positioned at a height of 90 feet. With its white and maroon exterior, the church features approximately 120 turrets. Notably, there images of St. Ignatius, St. Francis Xavier, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, St. Peter, and St. John de Britto in the middle of the tower. The stained glass windows have beautiful paintings depicting various chapters from the life of Jesus. The main altar, crafted from sandalwood, adds to the church's grandeur. Additionally, there is a cross atop the building, measuring 8 feet in length, and was erected in 1999.

The church holds daily religious practices and hosts four annual feasts. Among these, the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes, celebrated on 11 February each year, stands out as the most significant, drawing a large number of devotees.
